\n

• Band saw blade slipping off the wheel during operation.

\n

• Excessive vibration or blade flutter.

\n

• Rough or inconsistent cutting results.

\n

• Visible cracking or hardening on wheel surface.

\n

Blade Slipping Off the Wheel

\n

Quick Check: Inspect whether the JET 100025A Band Saw Tire is loose, stretched, or cracked on the wheel surface.

\n

Fix Suggestion: Replace the tire if it has lost elasticity or no longer grips the blade properly.

\n

Prevention Tip: Regularly inspect tire condition during blade changes or routine maintenance.

\n

Excessive Vibration During Cutting

\n

Quick Check: Run the saw briefly and observe if vibration increases at higher blade speeds.

\n

Fix Suggestion: Check for uneven wear or flat spots on the JET 100025A Band Saw Tire and replace if necessary.

\n

Prevention Tip: Avoid prolonged use with worn or hardened rubber tires.

\n

Poor Blade Tracking

\n

Quick Check: Observe whether the blade stays centered on the wheel during idle rotation.

\n

Fix Suggestion: Reinstall or replace the JET 100025A Band Saw Tire if uneven wear is affecting wheel crown balance.

\n

Prevention Tip: Ensure correct tire installation alignment on the wheel surface.

\n

Cracked or Hardened Tire Surface

\n

Quick Check: Visually inspect for cracks, dryness, or brittleness on the tire.

\n

Fix Suggestion: Replace the JET 100025A Band Saw Tire immediately to restore safe blade tracking.

\n

Prevention Tip: Store the band saw in a dry environment away from extreme temperature changes.

\n

Customer Experience: After replacing the JET 100025A Band Saw Tire, the blade tracked more consistently, and wheel vibration was noticeably reduced. The saw operated smoother and delivered cleaner cuts.
