\n

Prevention Tip: Inspect the pulley assembly after extended use on uneven terrain.

\n

Irregular Belt Travel Pattern

\n

Quick Check: Observe whether the belt follows a changing path around the idler pulley.

\n

Fix Suggestion: Install a properly fitted pulley when wear affects belt direction.

\n

Prevention Tip: Check surrounding drive parts when unusual belt movement appears.

\n

Damaged Pulley Surface

\n

Quick Check: Examine the pulley face for cracks, scoring, or visible wear marks.

\n

Fix Suggestion: Renew the pulley if surface damage interferes with belt contact.

\n

Prevention Tip: Keep sharp debris away from the transmission area during operation.

\n

Unstable Drive Response

\n

Quick Check: Test whether the mower maintains normal movement when the drive control is engaged.

\n

Fix Suggestion: Service the idler pulley when wear affects the belt's ability to transfer motion.

\n

Prevention Tip: Include pulley inspection during regular drive system checks.

\n

Customer Experience: The new idler pulley helped restore smoother drive operation, and the mower responded better during everyday mowing around the yard.
