Shipping: 
We ship our products throughout the United States,

Processing Time:
All orders are processed on the same business day (Monday to Friday) if the order is received before 3:00 PM (CST). Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time:
We aim to deliver your order within 1-4 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather, and other unforeseen delays.

Tracking Orders:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification. This email will include tracking information so you can follow the progress of your shipment. You can Track Your Order here.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping costs depend on the order size, weight, and shipping destination. The exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Tax:

The prices quoted or shown are exclusive of all taxes. The tax will be included at the checkout based on the state, local bodies and the product. The customer is advised to check the total and final bill at the checkout before placing the order. However, if the customer is provided relief from paying the tax, we can include the customer under the tax exempted list provided the customer submits a valid tax exemption certificate.

Multiple Addresses:
Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. For multiple shipping addresses, please place individual orders for each.

PO Boxes & Military APO/FPO Addresses:
We do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Orders Not Delivered:
Once your order is dispatched, we are not liable for any loss or damage to the package during transit.

Carrier Rules:

All the shipping are made through UPS, FedEx or UPS and all the T&C of the respective carrier applies. Please go through the respective websites for further information.

Delivery Address:

Please ensure that the delivery address provided during checkout is complete and accurate. Neither we nor the carrier are responsible for any delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Damaged Goods Handling:

If you are available at the time of delivery, please ensure that there is no damage to the package or the material inside. If any damage is found make sure to note all the damages on the delivery note and refuse the delivery. If you are not available and you find the package left at your door is damaged, please take the photographs of the package and complete the Return Request form(Return requests will only be processed via email (contact@wholetoolbox.com); phone or chat requests will not be accepted.).
