The Bostitch AB-9063096 Pressure Switch is an integral part of pneumatic systems and was manufactured to maintain or achieve a set air pressure required for pneumatic tools’ smooth performance. Compact device with 3/8" valve, 4W rating, suitable for many applications. The pressure switch monitors the air pressure in the system. If the pressure exceeds a preset fixed point, the switch will activate, and compressed air is allowed to flow to the pneumatic tool. The switch is deactivated as the air pressure goes below some threshold, cutting off the airflow. It results in a repeated cycle for a continuous and regulated supply of air to the tool.
