Description

The Escort R-1B Hand Truck & Dolly Complete Recoil Assembly W/O Dog is a recoil starter replacement assembly that can be used to engage the starter mechanism and to assist in manually starting the engine. It operates by transferring the rotational force to the flywheel through the recoil rope and internal ratchet system when the starter is pulled and disconnects once the engine starts running. This assembly is designed for equipment that is compatible and does not need a dog mechanism and is to be recoiled with a recoil starter. When properly mounted, it will assist in ensuring proper starter operation, engagement, and stable pull-start performance.
