Description

The JET J-563120A Band Saw Bottom Blade Guard is the guard that covers the lower part of the band saw blade. It is used to minimize contact with the moving blade while allowing free travel for the blade and, hence, proper functioning of the machine. Placed just below the cutting space near the lower blade assembly, it fits perfectly as part of the guard system for the saw. Such alignment will help to keep proper clearance for the blade, contributing to steady running as well as being better for the operator by preventing the blade from contacting any internal path parts.
