Description

The Metabo HPT 878226 Sequential Trip Mechanism Set is an essential part of selected Metabo HPT pneumatic nailers and staplers. It also guarantees the correct and efficient shooting of nails or staples, individually. The sequential trip mechanism is a combination of components that regulate the firing sequence. When the trigger is pulled, then it sets a series of events into motion. The mechanism releases a driver which in turn hits the fastener and pushes it into the workpiece. Following each firing the mechanism is cocked for the next shot to be fired and is ready to do so. This sequential process eliminates the problem of double firing and ensures the correct positioning of fasteners.
