Blade Stops Spinning Under Load

Quick Check: Engage the mower deck and inspect whether the spindle continues rotating smoothly while cutting thicker grass.

Fix Suggestion: Inspect the belt condition, check the spindle assembly for resistance, and remove debris that may restrict smooth blade rotation.

Prevention Tip: Keep the mower deck clean and inspect the spindle assembly regularly for early signs of wear.

Pulley Rotates Unevenly

Quick Check: Watch the pulley while the deck operates and check for wobbling or irregular rotation.

Fix Suggestion: Tighten mounting hardware, inspect the spindle shaft, and confirm the pulley is securely attached.

Prevention Tip: Inspect pulley mounting points during routine deck maintenance to maintain stable operation.

Spindle Bearings Become Noisy

Quick Check: Rotate the blade manually and listen for grinding or rough movement from the spindle bearings.

Fix Suggestion: Inspect the bearing condition and replace the spindle assembly if bearing wear is excessive.

Prevention Tip: Remove grass and dirt around the spindle housing after each mowing session.

Deck Vibrates While Cutting

Quick Check: Observe the mower deck during operation and inspect the spindle assembly for excessive movement or looseness.

Fix Suggestion: Verify blade balance, inspect spindle mounting bolts, and remove debris affecting smooth rotation.
