Description

The Powermatic PM1000-301A Table Saw Low Profile Riving Knife maintains separation between the cut materials during blade operation. It is positioned behind the blade, where it moves in line with the cutting path to prevent the workpiece from closing onto the blade. The low-profile design allows it to stay close to the blade even during partial cuts. It is utilized to reduce binding during cutting, keep kerf separation, support safer cutting flow, maintain alignment of cut sections, and ensure controlled table saw performance during repeated cutting tasks.
