Husky E104135 Air Compressor Pressure Switch

The Husky E104135 Air Compressor Pressure Switch helps regulate compressor operation by controlling motor start and stop cycles based on tank pressure levels. Replacing a faulty pressure switch can restore automatic compressor performance and help prevent pressure-related operating problems.

This Part Fixes the Following Symptoms:

• Compressor will not turn on automatically.

• Compressor fails to shut off at cut-out pressure.

• Pressure switch clicking repeatedly.

• Motor short cycling during operation.

• Inconsistent tank pressure control.

Compressor Will Not Start

Quick Check: Inspect the pressure switch contacts for burn marks, corrosion, or loose wiring connections.

Fix Suggestion: Replace the faulty switch with the Husky E104135 air compressor pressure switch to restore automatic motor control.

Prevention Tip: Keep the compressor in a dry environment to reduce moisture-related electrical damage.

Compressor Runs Continuously Without Stopping

Quick Check: Monitor the tank pressure gauge to see if the switch is failing to shut off at the proper pressure level.

Fix Suggestion: Install a replacement pressure switch if the internal contacts are sticking or worn.

Prevention Tip: Avoid operating the compressor beyond the recommended pressure range for extended periods.

Pressure Switch Rapidly Clicks On and Off

Quick Check: Check for loose electrical terminals or unstable pressure readings inside the switch assembly.

Fix Suggestion: Replace the defective pressure switch and inspect the pressure sensing line for blockage or leaks.

Prevention Tip: Inspect wiring and pressure fittings regularly during compressor maintenance.

Compressor Short Cycles Frequently

Quick Check: Inspect the switch settings and verify proper tank pressure regulation during operation.

Fix Suggestion: Replace the worn E104135 pressure switch to restore normal compressor cycling performance.

Prevention Tip: Drain tank moisture regularly to help maintain consistent pressure control.

Customer Experience: One customer mentioned that the Husky E104135 Air Compressor Pressure Switch restored proper shutoff timing after the compressor continued running longer than expected during use.
